This session is for IDG Ambassadors and IDG Ambassador cohorts. During our time together we will support Ambassadors to clarify their offerings to their communities and stakeholders using the Meaningful Organizational Design structured innovation process. The outcome will be increased clarity, structure and strategy around the various IDG initiatives launched by each Ambassador. Specifically we will consider the Awareness (pre-use) experience, User experience, and Post-Use experience for our customers/stakeholders so we can effectively reach, impact, and scale our transformational efforts.
