Cross-Cultural Coaching promotes the development of Cultural Intelligence, an essential skillset in today’s global economy.

Cultural Intelligence is defined as the ability to adapt and function effectively in diverse cultural contexts. Our methodolgy focuses on helping each participant to understand their own cultural identity and make tangible the many intangible aspects of our cultural conditioning and communication preferences.

This strategy prepares leaders to enter future multicultural situations with the ability to assess the cultural dimensions at play without needing to study the Do’s and Don’ts of each individual culture. With this new skillset, leaders are equipped to understand, appreciate, and navigate cultural differences in values, behavior, and communication styles.
