Presence Coaching, Part II Human Sustainability: Harnessing our Interconnectedness

Cultivating Leadership Presence - STOP – OBSERVE – ALIGN – ALLOW™

Presence Coaching is a unique, evidence-based methodology that blends principles and practices of Positive Psychology, Flow Theory, and Mindfulness. This approach is aimed at cultivating leadership Presence, or increasing one’s quality of Presence in relationship to self, others, and work. You will learn practices from the core 4-step process that cultivates increased clarity and awareness, which allows individuals and teams to shift habitual behavioral patterns that contribute to stress, burnout and ineffectiveness. This program is designed to help leaders discover a way to cultivate their deepest potential and purpose, leading with excellence and wisdom, and ultimately improving their well-being and organizational success.
